First 2 slices of fresh flax seed bread sliced (I get mine at Whole Foods)
Chipotle mayo (whole foods has a good one)
1 tsp of Spirulina (spread into mayo)
1 tsp of black raw chia seeds
1 avocado sliced
Put your second slice on, cut in half and enjoy! yum

Recipe for Organic Beef Stew. Makes plenty to serve 4 for Dinner and then Freeze the rest for another full meal.
1 lb of chopped beef stew meat
2/3 bag of baby carrots halved
2 Boxes of Organic beef stew (no low sodium)
Mixed heirloom and min tomatos halved
2/3 lb of red potatos chopped small
Add pinch of salt, pepper and adobe all purpose seasoning
Slow cook for 6 hours. Occasionally use potato masher to mix and mash.
Make brown rice and serve over 1/2 cup brown rice per serving. Enjoy!
